You know the concepts, so here are three ways we can partner together.

1. Working Genius Training Session for staff or a department. (3-4 Hours) -Together we will take a deep dive into Working Genius - understanding the model, your individual profile, and your team map. We end our time together with exploring the practical implications of how to put Working Genius to work for you. This is great for a team of 4 or more who work together on a regular basis - all staff, department, interns and supervisors, etc.

2. Working Genius for Volunteers or Student Leaders. (45-90 minutes) - Dive into the model and concepts of Working Genius, and start to explore the implications for your volunteers as they serve alongside one another and in a ministry area.

3. Working Genius for Parents and Families. (30 to 60 minutes) - A presentation introducing Working Genius to parents, including a self assessment and discussion on how this plays out as spouses and as parents.
