My name is Wes Henson, and I help leaders gain clarity so they can grow themselves and lead healthier teams.

After more than 20 years serving in nonprofit organizations, I’ve worked closely with leaders who care deeply about their people but feel the weight of getting leadership right. Along the way, I learned how to lead teams, develop individuals, and identify the foundational principles that help leaders thrive.

In 2022, I became a Certified Working Genius Facilitator and have since worked with nonprofits, local businesses, and church staffs to improve communication, alignment, and team health. Combined with years of hands-on leadership experience, this work has shaped a practical approach that helps leaders understand how they’re wired, focus on what matters most, and lead with confidence.
